Vendor Guidelines & Expectations
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and canopy/tent
- Setup times will be communicated prior to each event
- Food vendors must have current ServSafe certification
- Handmade, locally sourced, and original products are prioritized
- Sliding-scale vendor fees based on business size
- Full event participation is expected (no early breakdown)
